Elayne Geba, PT, DPT, WCS is a very experienced pelvic floor physical therapist with over 17 years treating patients with pelvic pain and pain during intercourse. During the discussion, she will identify the different causes of pain during intercourse, the role of the pelvic floor in pelvic pain disorders, where to start with treatment such as stretches and breathing techniques and education on sexual positions best for pelvic pain, how to calm down flares after intercourse, and best hygiene practices.
